- Today I will attempt to solve this incredible little egg box puzzle. This puzzle contains a small coin within it and will only reveal its yolk with the right combination of moves!
LEVEL 8
Entered into the design competition in Osaka, Japan, July 2010.
This puzzle is made out of Corian which is a versatile material used in many commercial products.
The object of this puzzle seems easy enough. Just remove the coin. The problem is that you cannot see what is happening inside the egg shape.

I admit, the train of thought of "it is an egg, do i crack it?' is smart, but would a fantastic game mechanic. great for a level 4 puzzle.

Speaking of sticking it in water.....i was thinking it would be cool if the plastic on a puzzle like this was see through, totally covered by a sticker or w/e. That way after you crack it, you could water down the adhesive to see the mechanics and how they work

Love your puzzle solving vids, keep them coming! Your puzzle vids are so enjoyable to watch because you actually show your process. That other puzzle guy popular on youtube right now is great, but he only shows the spoiler solution/explanation of the puzzle after he solves it OFF camera. You solving them ON camera for your first time makes it much more interesting! Love witnessing the mind of a magician solving these awesome puzzles, your channel has become one of my favs :)

I LOVE playing cards!!! My family grew up playing card games and we kept it up until I became too ill to play much anymore. I'd always provide multiple decks (@2-6) to be used for actually playing card games...for those who rarely played or were young. I also provided the GOOD decks of cards for myself and my one or two of my sisters; those I could trust to take great care of them. There is still a small bag of cards that aren't even opened that everyone knows to not even touch! 😊💜💜💜

I think it's called "remove the yolk" because, when you wanna separate the yolk from the white of an egg, you crack it open on the middle, than rock the insides back and forth between the 2 halves, letting the white drip out (being more "liquid") through the cracks. Same with this one: you gotta gently rock the 2 mechanics back and forth to separate the inside.

Ok so . havent payed much attention to the puzzle. But when you did that trick with the coin... i think that made the video for me :) Awesome video chris . Keep doing more :) And you should do more tricks with the objects that are inside of the puzzle your solving.
