  • Ingredients
    Raw rice - 1 cup
    Broken puffed rice - 1 cup
    Curd /butter milk - 1/2 cup
    fenugreek seeds - 1/2 tsp
    Grated coconut - 3/4 cup
    Jaggery - 3/4 cup (as per your taste )
    Salt - as per taste
    Elaichi powder - little
    Cashewnuts - little
    Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
    Ghee - for greasing the idli mould
    Note -
    In the video, I forgot to mention about adding of salt to the batter. Kindly note that the salt can be added before fermentation or even after fermentation.
