The description of this video is accurate, but the title is not. Indeed, this was a nice visual demonstration of the Pythagorean Theorem. However, it was not a geometric proof. That would require describing the pieces you have cut and showing that they equate to c^2.
I think that this is a lovely visual proof. I like it. Check out my own variations. 😀
