Women in Ag series episode 3: Danielle Waterworth
Danielle Waterworth, Vice President of CNH Industrial’s Global Ag Parts & Services & Maintenance Development as well as North America’s Ag Dealer and Customer Support, grew up on a small farm in Central Illinois where she learned all about the life of farming and developed a passion for the agriculture industry. She gives her mother, who was both a farm manager and an accountant, credit for originating her passion for the business side of agriculture and her career success.
Through her parents’ encouragement growing up, Waterworth became actively involved in 4-H and FFA activities, which translate today into servant leadership responsibilities she maintains at local, state, and national levels.
Waterworth began her career path while studying Ag Finance at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign before joining CNH Industrial in 2003 and went on to get her MBA from the University of Wisconsin - Parkside in 2008.
Waterworth is involved in various engagement opportunities ranging from presence at farm shows to a variety of industry and career panels where she is involved in, educating others on agriculture and the importance of our dealers and customers.
