My life was on the fast lane towards the gutter, with high levels of emotional stress, great difficulties in getting excited about anything and the nagging feeling of there being nothing worth smiling for or getting up from the bed for; then I found this video on CZcams AND almost simultaneously, a bottle of Russian Standard in the cupboard.
