I really liked your channel, I can see how much you enjoy what you do. Many channels when talk about these low-cost products, they don't take them seriously or simply don't know what they are talking about.
Good luck growing your channel and keep up the good work.
Nicely done
Thank you, My Friend! 😊👍🏻
Great Video!!! Appreciate you sticking with the minor issues....We all face them, but most channels will cut away and not discuss how they overcome the glitch. Keep up the great work!
Hey, thanks for your support of the channel and kind words!
We all face unexpected issues when we go to fly something or try something the first time and the unexpected raises it's ugly head....😅 But that's part of the fun of problem solving and learning on the go, and Keeping It Real!
I don't normally do a "First Time" video because I like to share information I have learned along the way...
But I felt the excitement of the first flight would add alot to the video experience and help people to share in that moment.
Thanks again for your kind words and I look forward to flying together this summer! 😃👍🏻
Great way to start. But as a 1000 hour full scale and 15 year FPV pilot, I would never consider installing my FPV camera inside the cockpit. As a full scaler, I would do anything to be able to put my eyes outside it. In FPV, you actually do have that option, and you will have a far more flyable view if you install your camera externally. And be aware that normal analogue FPV cameras provide a far better experience than those cheap AIO solutions. I ditched that kind of equipment many, many years ago when I crashed into a line of 50 ft high birch trees because I literally couldn't see them. Those AIO cameras offer a low threshold way to start, but be aware of their limitations. My advice to budding FPVers: Don't try to emulate full scale, celebrate the things that your aircraft can do and full scalers can't. Your zero seaters are enviable craft in their own right, be proud of them for what they are and don't reduce them to toys trying to imitate the real thing. Anyway, thanks to this channel for highlighting a low cost gateway into the hobby!
Hey, thanks for stopping by and for taking the time to share your thought! I hope you consider Subscribing! 🙂
As for the FPV placement... It's only a matter of personal preferences! Haha Nothing wrong with wanting to have a camera stuck on the outside or inside... Whatever brings the Pilot the most enjoyment! 😁
I Subscribe to your channel and I see you had some similar videos of the little AIO units on a micro plane too... it's fun isn't it? 😀
The tiny ones are fun, and fairly Karen proof. I use them to hone my skills in the landing circuit, as they don't tend to annoy bystanders even when they keep circling the same tiny area during the whole flight. As a freelancer I have very little spare time, so my channel is more or less dormant these days, but nothing beats a quick FPV expedition from my drive when no one is looking, I will always find time for that! Looking forward to the summer season here at 61 degrees north, when I can go flightseeing in broad daylight at 4 AM while everyone else is asleep. Have fun!@@HappyRCFlyer
Also, please don't set your goggles down with the lenses facing the sun. Quick way to damage things...
Yes, Good reminder! Thanks for that! 👍🏻
