I have literally the exact same gpu and cpu and i get massive game stutters everygame i set all my settings to low
and still getting issues

Yes how much ram you have? 16 should be enought. Btw Its not really about put everything on low, its also about power moder at your PC, nvidia control panel settings ect...

this is worst game ieeven seen cos i cant even enter in , from steam or from battlenet i get crash , disconected , error every time , i tryed everything about that problem and nohting works
