  • My husband left with his girlfriend, leaving me with $20,000 in debt. Then, my 10-year-old son said...
    /@RevengeRealm
While I was at work, an unexpected email popped up. Upon hastily reaching out to him, Greg calmly began to explain, "Oh, sorry about that. I've fallen for someone else and decided to start a new life with her." Furthermore, he revealed his plan to take the luxury car recently purchased in my name with a loan. Despite my attempts to dissuade him, my husband ignored me, abruptly ended the call, and became unreachable.

Unlike the comments I read, I'm not impressed because the details don't add up to me. Take the unnamed health problem that required hospitalization and an operation, yet no mention of how her ten year old son was living while she was in the hospital. Likewise the whole bit about the police didn't ring true. Could the bare bones of the story be true? Yes, of course, but I just can't buy the account. Also, the story was dragged out so long that I couldn't wait for it to end.
Of course it might have been better if Ryan had told it. As portrayed, I can believe he would have done a better job of it.

Too many inconsistencies in this story!
Was it a luxury car, or a camper van?
Did the husband take a little less than $20k from the "cash card", exactly $20k, or $240k?
Were the police told to wait, or dismissed outright?
      Too many flaws!
      Who is Hannah?
Why is a cash card being used as a savings account?
Why did the cash card have exactly $20k on it?
Why would a business possess the address of the parents of an ex-employee, much less give it out to an unaccompanied ten-year-old child?
And Ryan ain't an angel; he's a psychopath.

If he filed the divorce papers with a lawyer, he was responsible for paying the lawyer. Either some of these persons are either ignorant or very weak that they have allowed some of this to happen without taking aggressive and immediate action to protect themselves. No way would I allow him to harass me like that! I was living with my parents and when he came to visit our daughter, I wasn't there. I couldn't even garnish his wages for what he owed me because he kept changing jobs.
The day I heard he committed suicide was one of the happiest days in my life. I even considered going to the funeral, just to make sure he was in the coffin.
His Social Security benefits were reliable and more than made up for the anguish. He's been dead for more than 35 yrs. now. I'm the one who had the opportunity to rest in peace while he's in everlasting torment.

My eight year old son years ago put a key stroke on our family computer. He was wondering why daddy was calling someone else honey that wasn’t his mommy on the cell phone.
Then he showed me all the cheating his daddy was doing.
Divorced the bum and took him to the cleaners.

Put a "key stroke" on the computer? What?
I think the term you're looking for is "key logger", but even that doesn't line up with your story.
      FAF, just like the video.
My 3-year-old is smarter than you are; he setup the spy network that recorded Trump "showering" women with "gold" in Russia. He also setup the recording device that captured Trump infamously bragging about grabbing women.

Luxury car, or cheap RV - which is it?
Dad hasn't been coming home, and it takes three days and signs of distress in mom before the child asks about it?
No child speaks like this. No child writes like this. And not once have I ever heard a 10-year-old child using the euphemism, "my heart nearly stopped".
    Feinting during an emotional breakdown?
A problem caused by a few day's worth of emotional turmoil and stress requires surgery?
One month, and already "demand letters" are arriving for a missed payment?
"Hannah thought the repayment should have been automatically deducted from my account." Ummm.... The correct term in U.S. society is "payment". "Payment" represents an installment, while "repayment" represents satisfaction of the entire debt. And who is Hannah? Does she manage this woman's finances?
Who makes vehicle payments on a $20k car using a cash card? And who keeps an even $20k balance on a cash card? And who uses a cash card as a savings account?
Children are literal creatures. They don't respond to someone showing signs of sadness by putting a hand on the forehead. And no adult I know thinks checking for a fever in response to signs of sadness is appropriate.
"...never thought such an idea could exist..." What. Is. This. Tripe?
Police are conducting an investigation, you tell them to buzz off for a few while you have a "discussion" with the person they've been questioning... Right....
Mistress is sitting cross-legged in the CAR!?🤣
No, a vehicle doesn't become the sole property of a husband or wife just because divorce papers were filed. Disposition of the vehicle is determined during divorce proceedings. Since the divorce was clearly not yet finalized, the husband in this "story" retains shared ownership of the vehicle, and the "smart" son committed a crime by filing a false police report.
Husband thought about selling the camper... but... a vehicle can't be sold without the signature of the owner(s), and he clearly wasn't going to get her cooperation. So what was his plan? Forgery? Witnessed by the buyer? And the camper was very recently acquired, so the majority of payments were still outstanding, right? So how much cash would he actually have received by selling the camper?
A crying kid comes to an office asking about his dad and how do the people in the office respond? By giving him the address of the PARENTS of an ex-employee, who is the SUSPECTED mistress of another ex-employee? Why would the business have the address of the parents on file? Why would the office disclose that private information to anybody?
Daddy and new-hire were acting like a couple AT THE WELCOME PARTY? That was fast.
"And I'd have gotten away with it were it not for the meddling kid!" Scooby-dooby-do!
    Wait... $220k?
    $20k for the camper
Plus $20k from the cash card
Makes a total of only $40k
And the camper is "returned", so ex-hubby is only on the hook for whatever losses Mrs. Faint can prove.
So maybe $20,000.01. Maybe. Huh... That's a long way from $220k.
And Mrs. Feint got a lawyer, filed a civil suit for only $20k. How much of the "win" went to the lawyer? $5k?
Ryan is such a smart, caring, perfect child. A born manipulator, liar, schemer, and spy; who could ask for a better child?

Probably not the entire debt, much less any net.Greg also must have forged her signature on the divorce papers. That wasn’t addressed. (Nave does not mean naive, either…) The story is just too sloppy! So, ‘bye folks…

I worked it out on my own and I'm now debt free except for normal bills monthly. Ladies you can do it. I have total faith in every woman out there. Just show everyone one how strong every woman in this world are. Good luck to all of you. Blessings. Just believe.

this kid is so smart I'm inclined to conclude that this is probably fiction. Kids can be truly that smart, yes but this took a level of MATURITY that even a smart kid would have to have had help and guidance pulling off. If it is true my congrats for having a smart son but this isn't about just being smart it's about being mature, knowing how the world works and able to plan it out. Good story but I think 95% of it is fiction
