what happens if i dont have a criminal record, or conviction. but i was charged with something that i was innocent of, the charges were withdrawn because i was not guilty. i have applied to get my file destruction, finger prints and mugshot destroyed. i work security, have experience and want to get into law enforcement. do i qualify?

If you are doing the pare test some colleges such as La Cite will allow you to practice the obsticles do a timed run and the evaluator will give you an overall assessment. It costs around $50 to do that.

If you are talking about the 4 weeks online training. It is online training. You do it at home. They give accommodations when you go to the campus for the next part. You can check CBSA website and/or Canadian Government website to search for job postings. Applications open for short periods of time throughout each year.

I meant for the 13 weeks long training 5:55 as you only mentioned that CBSA will provide transportation and all meals and a very little amount of $125 a week for any other basic living expenses. Does that mean that no accomodation is provided for free even when you had to move to another province? I appreciate all the info.

I've done the 2 firearms course (restricted and unrestricted) in preparation. The PARE i was told should be done when they tell you to do it, mainly because it has an expiration. You dont want to do it in advance just in case the next step will take longer. The firearms course has no expiry, so do that. I'm at the interview stage and still waiting on the email. What stage of the recruitment process are you in?
@@angelicadeangelis1649 i just got interviewed and they just reminded me to get my documents ready---the firearms courses included along with education credentials,passport or pr card and driver's license. I did my firearms course even before applying. I suggest do it now and get it out of the way. Its has no expiry.

You need to be at 20/20 vision however this can be with the aid of glasses or contact lenses.

Yes, you will get a room on campus that is included at no extra cost for the entire duration of your training

Yes that is correct. There are 4 categories. Each one needs 70% or more. If one category is below 70% the whole test has to be retaken

High school diploma or equivalent is required
