On the topic of boiler safety. Perhaps you could sacrifice one of the terrible boilers you have in the boxes? Put a gas burner under it and set it up someplace safe with a remote gas cut off. You could even rig up a remote pressure sensor so you dont blow it to pieces. If you have some old lawn furniture you could set it up and say "imagine if you were steaming this on your kitchen table?"

What do you mean by "terrible boilers in the boxes" ? Which ones are those?

@@keithappleton You mentioned a few in your videos. This one of poor quality that you wouldnt use. I would assume there would be some that are sketchy enough that even a boiler test would not make you feel ok, maybe a dent or improper metals. I this it would be quiet the PSA.
I dont know how common it is for people to defeat the blowoff valve on a mamod or wilesco "toy" but that might do a good demonstration.
A 50 PSI bang out of a 15PSI rated boiler or a 200 PSI bang out of a 50 PSI rated boiler would be maybe show their power and prevent people from defeating the blowoff and saying "i will just keep an eye on the pressure and take away the heat."

if thee boiler blows up it would be like a grenade?

It depends what it is made of. Copper boilers tend to split, but the sudden expansion and lots of boiling water everywhere is probably best avoided . . . .
