I don't think Phaedra wants a divorce from Apollo. It was said that she misspelled his name on the divorce papers. I think that's why she got mad about the divorce party and did not want to tell the ladies about it. I also think Phaedra is putting on for everyone when she starts talking about moving on and being happy.
