So glad that I found you ladies, I've been really tired of doing zumba to secular music. It just didn't sit well with me, now that I know that there are Christian zumba classes such as yours, I will definitely be seeking them out. The rest just doesn't cut it anymore! Be blessed!
I'm so excited to have found this! I grew up as a competitive dancer then taught dance for several years but after babies and 20 years in an office job, I literally doubled my size. A few years ago, I decided to follow my dream of becoming a nurse so I went back to school at 38. I've been working as a nurse for a year now and want to be a better example for my patients in taking care of myself. 12 hour shifts make it hard to get to the gym so this will be perfect to get my cardio in on my own crazy schedule! My husband and I are also praise and worship leaders and we have teenagers so I love the thought of working out to clean hip hop music:)
I am having my 65th birthday soon and just started Zumba a couple months ago with my neighbor. We have class twice a week but I do Zumba at home at least three other days. I have to say I feel more energetic since starting this. On my Zumba "home" days THIS video is my absolute favorite!! I will usually do it 3-4 times. Thanks.
I'm a grown up women of the higher end of 50's and i still find this a fun video. I could do this.
I am always sweating after I do this song and about five others for my daily exercise. I lllooovvveee your videos.
Such a blessing to have come across these videos. I had been doing zumba with my littles in the morning but the songs are so nasty and a lot of the music provocative and the girls dressed sexy. I am so thankful that now we can get out exercise in a Godly way now.
