I don’t know about what any other person has to say about this particular episode o, but I so much enjoyed it and it was a sincere and real conversion. SEYI is a free soul! Seyi for starters even inside the house you called Tacha an evil spirit to adekunle and some other housemates and about that shameful night in the house, I did watch from immediately the party ended to past 5am that day. I watched the beginning to the end! First you were ranting to soma when both of you was were sitting at the swing outside and later you joined baye, white money and pere in the locker room and after Baye left you continued the ranting!!! You even insulted her after she left! Did toke even hear when this guy said he’s training his son and his friends sons to run trains on women???? Did toke hear how many time this guy outrightly slut shamed angel and degraded women other women in the house?? He’s not sorry for what he said! He’s sorry that he was caught saying it! I won’t watch this bs to the end cos even the way toke is LAUGHING and downplaying all he said is very triggering

I know seyi might never see this regardless, I shall speak.
Firstly, seyi is an eloquent speaker, funny and quite intelligent however, you cannot blame your environment for your toxicity. Why you may ask, because you chose to come back to the bbn house for a second time for that matter. For someone that claims and dare I say, is that intelligent can’t obviously be that naive to think people wouldn’t come with some “bad behaviours”? so you are aware of how “toxic” it can be. And let’s say it was that toxic ( which I do not believe) it is still no excuse for saying what you said. I am a guy and no matter how drunk, high, angry, pushed I cannot imagine saying what you said. It’s just not in my mind or vocabulary. The point is, there are no excuses.
Also, it doesn’t matter if you apologise for the rest of your life it wouldn’t be too much apology so please do not complain about how many times you have apologised. For subsequent interviews: please own your shit, truly apologise and move on.
That said, I do not think you should be cancelled. I simply do not get the whole cancel culture but I think you need time for self reflection.
Overall, this was a fun podcast.
One's environment can definitely make one toxic even when they don't have a toxic traits. I'm in no way supporting what he said but he has own up and apologized MULTIPLE times. However, I think you were hostile to this guest.
