Sukhmani Sahib, also known as Gauri Sukhmani, is a cherished Sikh prayer found in the holy Guru Granth Sahib. It consists of 192 padas (stanzas) and is usually recited for inner peace and solace. The composition was penned by Guru Arjan Dev, the fifth Sikh Guru, and it appears from Ang 262 to Ang 296 in the Guru Granth Sahib.
