Don't think like that,your a human, it's normal for human to express emotion,so if someone tells you something like that while your expressing an emotion, don't listen,they probably doesn't have emotions,stay strong :)

I just miss my dad. He hasn’t talked to anyone since before Christmas 2023. And he’s in a whole different state. He missed my felid trips, me finally getting above a c in math, and he doesn’t even know that his younger sister died about 2 months ago. I just want him back. And my mom has a new boyfriend now. That he doesn’t know about. They are still married. He’s a good guy and I’m glad my mom is happy but it’s just not fair. And then people blame me for everything. And he said it was gonna be a work trip for a couple of months , that couple months turned into 3 years.
My parents shout at me whenever I cry. They say “YOUR LITRALLY CRYING OVER SPILT MILK” I’ve heard the same expression too many times.. they don’t know what us teenagers are going through..
I relate to this a lot. Every night I cry and I tell myself to calm down because if I don’t save and help myself, who will? Hope all of you are doing great. Remember, drink some water, have a nap and eat something ❤❤❤
tw i find sometimes it's better to try and be emotionally detached, so that you can try to process what happened when you are more stable. I find that when something happens I react too negatively and end up doing things like sh or dr#gs. I can't change what others do, I can only change how I react. I hope you feel better, and maybe don't listen to this comment. it was more for me than for you.

This happened to me today.. I had a really bad panic attack at church. I went out to the car with my aunt until I calmed down. Fixed my makeup,went inside as if nothing happened. My heart goes out to anyone* who feels the same ❤❤🫶
To anyone else who's struggling with this, try to talk to someone about it and don't hide it especially around the people who care about you. It's a lot easier if you don't have to carry it all on your own. If you're reading this, I don't know you, but I'm here for you and praying everything gets better❤

This is something that my mother would always force me to do. I am naturally stoic and know that sometimes, you just have to move on. But as a young child, it was difficult to have mental breakdowns and anxiety attacks and be forced to wipe my tears and smile. I was scolded for my rare moments of emotional expression. So, I advise you to obey your parents and allow them to help you. But if what they have to say is not helping you, don’t trap yourself. Don’t continue to dig that hole deeper. Because once you’ve dug yourself deep enough, that’s when they fill in the hole.
I help all these people from what I went through but I never tell them I went through it too at a too young age (I was 5 I’m now turning 13 in a few month) I never want anyone to feel what I felt. It just hurts that some of those people forget about what I did for them and I lost myself trying to help them find themselves

This happened to me today.. I had a really bad panic attack at church. I went out to the car with my aunt until I calmed down. Fixed my makeup,went inside as if nothing happened. My heart goes out to anyone* who feels the same ❤❤🫶
To anyone else who's struggling with this, try to talk to someone about it and don't hide it especially around the people who care about you. It's a lot easier if you don't have to carry it all on your own.

This is something that my mother would always force me to do. I am naturally stoic and know that sometimes, you just have to move on. But as a young child, it was difficult to have mental breakdowns and anxiety attacks and be forced to wipe my tears and smile. I was scolded for my rare moments of emotional expression. So, I advise you to obey your parents and allow them to help you. But if what they have to say is not helping you, don’t trap yourself. Don’t continue to dig that hole deeper. Because once you’ve dug yourself deep enough, that’s when they fill in the hole.
