I wrote about this issue to cee few days ago and called them today.There was no response from them. It so sad that how engineering and Bpham students going through this.This year was alot for us,still they are doing it.I think this is worst time in my life. My parents are worried.I don't know how to comfort them, because I am also worried.I don't have any connection with any political leaders.If i go through a complaint to them, obviously it would take days.We don't have that much time left.I hope you to do something fast and efficient.I beg you.Also why are they again asking for 2000 rupees?If they are doing this fast because AICTE,they should talk with them like due to neet other state also have these problems.I honestly believe they would definitely extend the date.They should proceed with mbbs allotment fastly.

ഇതിൽ പറഞ്ഞപോലെ എക്സാം സെൻ്റർ തിരഞ്ഞെടുക്കാനുള്ള choice കുട്ടികൾക്കു കൊടുക്കണം. എൻ്റെ മകൾക്ക് കിട്ടിയ സെൻ്റർ 80+ km ദൂരെയായിരുന്നു. യാത്രാ ക്ഷീണം കാരണം അവൾക്ക് exam ന് നന്നായി perform ചെയ്യാനും കഴിഞ്ഞില്ല.
ഇപ്പോൾ btech/mbbs അനുബന്ധ കോഴ്സുകൾക്കു ചേരുന്ന കുട്ടികളിൽ പലരും റെഗുലർ കോളേജുകളിൽ degree ക്കു ചേർന്നവരായിരിക്കും. ഇവരെലും TC വാങ്ങുമ്പോൾ ആ degree സീറ്റുളെല്ലാം അവിടെ ഒഴിഞ്ഞു കിടക്കും. University കൾ admissions ക്ലോസ് ചെയ്തിട്ടുണ്ടെങ്കിൽ (it's highly probable that they have done it) ആ സീറ്റകളിൽ മറ്റാർക്കും ജോയിൻ ചെയ്യാൻ കഴിയില്ല. ഫലം.. 3 വർഷം ആ സീറ്റുള്ളെല്ലാം ഒഴിഞ്ഞു കിടക്കും. If you had a child and he did score more than 98% in hse and is looking for a professional degree, what will be your safest option? To secure an admission in a good college for backup, right? Even as a parent you won't object to it , you will not care about how many other children are there who cannot go for professional courses due to various reasons and who are ready to take the seat which your child took for a normal Science/Arts degree, you only care about your own child and nothing else. So this mentality is inherent to every parent, so there is no point in saying that "denying right to education of our children" , this is bogus since anyone with a sane mind would always apply for a backup, so stop accusing others of what you yourself would have done if you were presented with a chance for that.

Regular ug admissions are started and completed much earlier than professional ug admissions. No blame on parents here. Only the administration is responsible. They had to plan the admission process carefully so that every aspiring students are admitted and no seat is left vacant after the admissions are completed.

First point is that the colleges should start accepting attested copies of certificates if the candidates are going for higher options. They can return the originals after verifying those documents. they can demand the originals if the candidate wish to continue in their institution.

If you're relectant or unable to study in pvt colleges, you can opt for electrical or mechanical at GEC wayanad(chances are there, but I personally don't insist you to join that college just because it's govt, it's not even comparable with many co-operative and private colleges. Also there are govt controlled self financing colleges like institutes affiliated by IHRD, CAPE, Kerala University(not recommended), there you can study almost every courses from CS to CE based on merit lower fee(like 40k per annum or something excl. hostel fees/one time payments). Also various scholarships are there for meritorious students. In spot allotment, you may never get your passionate branches or colleges. Almost every institutes would starts their classes by sep 15 too. Also it's not the final destination one can aim for, if you don't get your desired college, don't make it looks like you've lost. You can clear GATE or JAM for pursuing higher studies in prestigious institutes for mtech or msc. Like I know a person who'd done his btech in a tier 3 local college and studied masters in NIT Calicut and is settled a better life. So I would say you should aim for your desired branch than looking after govt colleges now. Because if you couldn't secure a seat through spot or stray vaccancy fillings, you may endup repeating next year or would be succumbed to study a course which's you're not even interested. ഇപ്പോൾ btech/mbbs അനുബന്ധ കോഴ്സുകൾക്കു ചേരുന്ന കുട്ടികളിൽ പലരും റെഗുലർ കോളേജുകളിൽ degree ക്കു ചേർന്നവരായിരിക്കും. ഇവരെലും TC വാങ്ങുമ്പോൾ ആ degree സീറ്റുളെല്ലാം അവിടെ ഒഴിഞ്ഞു കിടക്കും. University കൾ admissions ക്ലോസ് ചെയ്തിട്ടുണ്ടെങ്കിൽ (it's highly probable that they have done it) ആ സീറ്റകളിൽ മറ്റാർക്കും ജോയിൻ ചെയ്യാൻ കഴിയില്ല. ഫലം.. 3 വർഷം ആ സീറ്റുള്ളെല്ലാം ഒഴിഞ്ഞു കിടക്കും. Students are joining regular degree courses because they are not sure of being admitted to engineering/medical colleges. Regular ug admissions are started and completed much earlier than professional ug admissions.
No blame on parents here. Only the administration is responsible. They had to plan the admission process carefully so that every aspiring students are admitted and no seat is left vacant after the admissions are completed.

First point is that the colleges should start accepting attested copies of certificates if the candidates are going for higher options. They can return the originals after verifying those documents. they can demand the originals if the candidate wish to continue in their institution.

If you're relectant or unable to study in pvt colleges, you can opt for electrical or mechanical at GEC wayanad(chances are there, but I personally don't insist you to join that college just because it's govt, it's not even comparable with many co-operative and private colleges. Also there are govt controlled self financing colleges like institutes affiliated by IHRD, CAPE, Kerala University(not recommended), there you can study almost every courses from CS to CE based on merit lower fee(like 40k per annum or something excl. hostel fees/one time payments). Also various scholarships are there for meritorious students. In spot allotment, you may never get your passionate branches or colleges. Almost every institutes would starts their classes by sep 15 too. Also it's not the final destination one can aim for, if you don't get your desired college, don't make it looks like you've lost. You can clear GATE or JAM for pursuing higher studies in prestigious institutes for mtech or msc. Like I know a person who'd done his btech in a tier 3 local college and studied masters in NIT Calicut and is settled a better life. So I would say you should aim for your desired branch than looking after govt colleges now. Because if you couldn't secure a seat through spot or stray vaccancy fillings, you may endup repeating next year or would be succumbed to study a course which's you're not even interested.
