From the first seconds I could say it’s an absolute masterpiece.
WallyWhy ?
Wally Why NOT !
Stunning vessel !
Cool ship! That massive center facia on the bridge windscreen could us a rethink
Thanks Hugo, great tour.
Amazing amount of boat for the length, and something very different to the norm. It certainly has my vote for this category!
Cheers Nic, it’s an unusual boat but rather splendid
Visually, just an amazing boat, and the view from the forward master is just stunning
for that price, it's a steal!
What a breath of fresh air this yacht.
Looks very smart. I suspect the reason for three engines is that the IPS 1350 is the most powerful IPS engine available, and they didn't want to fit shaft drive engines.
Hugo that Wally is an absolute beauty - great video
I enjoyed watching the Video, I particularly like the owners suite and the styling is superb
I think I prefer this new baby to the 200. I only have two things that looked like they could be a negative. 1. That central mullion in the bridge. Whilst undoubtedly it's there through necessity & is structural & to maintain integrity. I do wonder what the impact is on the Captain's sight lines. It looked to have the potential to create a larger than desired dead zone requiring excessive movement by the Captain, or whomever is manning the helm, to mitigate to me. Now it could've just been the angles we saw the forward, bridge, view from & you might've gotten a better scope of FOV's and find it not to be so impactful? The 2nd is a lot more minor. The crew are going to hate that bleached table and be searching for a way for it to accidentally fall overboard within the week. I don't care how well prepared it is. 1st sundowners with a bunch of friends aboard. An unsteady guest & it's red wine or pepsi demanding the thing is sanded down, resealed & making a weeks work for the crew 2 days into ownership.
That main deck ceiling WAS bloody beautiful and you managed to capture the horizontal, vertical and lateral flows brilliantly.
Total respect, not trying to troll, but maybe the very successful/intelligent owner of the boat will appreciate the stories told by the table, the spilled wine, the laughter... or maybe he's an anal asshole with his crew subjugated and you're right...
Just stunning!
Centre mullion width is my only criticism, otherwise an extraordinary design and engineered yacht. Thanks for sharing!
3 Q's 1: Can Why150 move at cruise speed WITH high/low platform in the beach club position? (My tender could spoil the view in highest setting?). 2: Minimum Crew required for dayboat use only. (Ideal restaurant boat) 3: Option for Master Cabin replaced with sitting room with fireplace. (Happy for fake fire place)❤🔥 😜Thanks. Stunning Boat by the way and great commentator.
The only thing I worry about is the lack of mounting points for some safety guardrails on the back, especially if the tender deck is down... Murphy's Law has nothing on a bunch of drunk guests haha... Just beautiful though.. I can imagine an intrepid family doing away with servants, opening the kitchen out, and converting the slave quarters into a children's grotto, complete with multimedia systems... WOW!!
8:40 "where else are you gonna get a view straight through the bow of the boat?" .. multi-million boat sails past, and there is ZERO envy...
Φανταστικό !!!
SIMPLY 🥲 BEAUTIFUL YACHT W😲W
FLAWLESS CREATION W😲W
Not a huge fan of the ultra modern styling, but I do like the layout and that incredible front cabin.
I agree. Nice boat, but I'm not a fan of the styling. Feels like is was done by Ikea back in 2005.
Thanks Hugo!
My pleasure
Thank you so much for this tour! Excellent coverage. Regarding the color schematics, I feel like I have walked into a funeral home. So much dark everywhere. If they brightened everything up and removed all the dark, it would create an entirely different yacht. I would not change the bridge, because navigating at night needs to have the dark. Imagine if you will if they took every dark and changed it over to earth tones and blues. These are my opinions and my preferences. The fly bridge dining furniture is my favorite.
You are very welcome. I enjoy making them too.
Lovely yacht.
To be honest; nothing about this one appeals to me; but then, I'm an old fashioned traditionalist. I'd be much more impressed by a Linnsen for cruising.
Love the this yacht. Great layout and cabins.🎉❤
Whats her range?
What wrist watch do you wear ???
Very impressive 👍❤️🇬🇧
Love the aft sections, dont really like the owners cabin, it does not feel safe on the sun deck, walking to the foredeck.
I really like the guest rooms and think that the crew rooms are not bad. The styling is not to my taste in all aspects, but overall a very interesting boat
4th Q: Do any of the windows on main and lower deck open? Thanks.
That wiper blade looks like the ones on the Cybertruck
Can these masses order? If so, can you order solar power hybrid?
What is that yacht on the left at 8:45?
❤
How many of these hulls have they built? Is there more than 5 in the world?
This is hull #1 of this model. Wally has been building yachts since the 90s, primarily focusing on sail yachts until recent years. They have a total of 18 models on offer.
A masterpiece for the size. But… no wardrobes in the cabins ? 😮
Where is the TV in the Master?
It's a pop-up TV behind that sofa directly in front of the bed.
@@Brian-xi3mf Thanks!
The base price of a new Wally WHY150 is €6.2 million.
It really is a nice color but somebody is going to bust their ass falling down one of those flights of stairs. 🤔😬❤
I would have liked to know the range and fuel capacity
Because, of course, a thirty-second search on the internet would give you this vital info. Yikes.
@@charleshamilton9274 did that got no information that I could use sorry pal
Anyone who has spent time at sea knows that amidships at the waterline is the best place to sleep. Why an owner would want his berth at the bow is beyond my understanding
I'm afraid this girl has got me a bit smitten.
It's beautiful, but I'm a traditionalist. I want my boat to look like a boat.
Sorry I accidentally removed a comment😢 😅😢😅…. but it was very funny never the less
Beautiful boat but pretty sure the crew wouldn’t be happy you finger fucking the silverware and drink ware.
I gave your video a like and subscribe because of your thoroughness, but the boat is pretty awful. The visibility out of the wheelhouse is terrible, the cabins are poorly laid out. This boat is annoyingly impractical for the sake of being stylish
Why not a single shipyard do this design dooming the two sides of the yacht? just because it's a nightmare for the captain and the crew at any docking, it's insecure, and it's not confortable for the owners and his guests because everytime the crew needs the platform, they have to pass all the salon to get their, what it compromise the guest intimity!!
I think it's a big failure that was already done in the past century and no1 do today....
I ❤This yacht, sub 80ft that has the room of a 100ft'er. Also tipple IPS, a drunk Joe Biden could dock this.☸
No, he couldn’t. He would probably fall just getting on it.
Does Biden drink?
The first video I ever watched with Hugo in it was on the Wally 200 and I was not very nice about the boat, or Hugo for that matter. For that Hugo,, I deeply apologize and you didn't deserve my remarks at all..
Since then though I have come to thoroughly enjoy Hugo and have enjoyed the interactions we had when he was doing that still. Sadly, I don't get a response back anymore. Oh well. My opinion on the Wally remains unchanged. It looks cool, but the practicality of the design as being effective for passage making, which is what it looks like it should do, is completely non existent. I think the 200 has a range of like 250NM and maybe 500 at displacement speeds. I was also confused as to why it was called the 200 since all the original videos never showed anything below the stairs, just the main salon, helm and master suite. So the fact that it was 200GT was confusing. Then we saw below the stairs and it made sense. I think it looks cool obviously, but not ,y cup of tea and I love explorer style yachts
I still reply when I can but it’s been a bit of a hectic couple of months trying to get the magazine out of the door each month as well as all these videos. Always enjoy resting your comments though.
I'm sure it's an awesome boat but it's hideous (on the outside)
Selfish ppl
Its interesting.
DITTO on the previousl masterpiece comment‼️🎉🛥️
Helm looks the interior of a Tesla CyberTruck🎉
