    My story as well... From chronic fatigue, depression, anxiety, insomnia, etc.. to healing... I sleep much better now.. I feel healthier.. my anxiety is at 10% of what it used to be... If at all.. no depression at all... Took food changes, slowing down, self-care, forest time, lots of dancing, better boundaries.. and more... It's a beautiful world now....       That's the bridge to freedom we must all cross. I'm only sharing this now that I've faced the social mirror and (ultimately) my own self rejection. Protection and self-preservation kept me silent for much of my life.
      There are still moment where I question, but once freedom find its way and your voice comes to life, there's no going back. That you received this is music all the same.
      A belief I carry is this: we don't change the world through convincing, we change the world by becoming the perfect mirror, holding with it a steady signal of love.
      Love is the only message that we retain and share for eternity...
