    Thank you for the video! I didn't even know Canva had a mock up and I've subscribed.

    Thank you for this video and the great tip on how to find the good device mock ups instead of using regular frames. My invites were getting cropped and I couldn’t understand why. Thank you!

    Hi Lauren, I am loving your easy to follow and informative videos. Do you suggest we create our own video on how to edit a design on canva or does one already exist that can be used on an etsy listing. What would you advise?

      Hello, Yes you can create your own video or make a mini guide with instructions. I just had a similar question in another comment.
      I could make a shorts video with basic instructions and you guys share the link with your customers 😊

    Hi,
    Thank you for the videos, you make things so clear and simple.
    I tried the rectangular shape images like your videos suggests, but my images look cropped in the search results. What do you suggest?

      @laurenkeys.official  Před 6 měsíci

      You’re welcome ☺️. Keep all the main text and photo/image of your digital product in the middle of the rectangle. You may have resize things so it will all be seen when it gets cropped.

    Hey hope you’re well 🫶🏼 just a quick question when making digital and printable downloads do you advertise them separately or together? Or should you pick which one to stick with?

    • @laurenkeys.official
      @laurenkeys.official  Před 7 měsíci +1

      Hey lovely, it’s totally up to you. The way I have taught this tutorial would be if you advertise separately (some people focus only on selling either digital invites or printable version)
      I have seen sellers sell them together in one listing so I guess it’s whatever you prefer 😊

      @@laurenkeys.official Thank you so much for replying 🫶🏼 I think I’ll stick with the digital only route seems less complicated than trying to do both haha

      I thought that Etsy was using square images. Why do you do a rectangle if Etsy is going to crop it anyway? Thank you for your generous videos!

    • @laurenkeys.official
      @laurenkeys.official  Před 7 měsíci

      Rectangle looks better in search, and also for when it displays on various devices. I used to use just square and it still got cropped slightly so I just switched to rectangle 😊

    Is there a way to make it so that the customer isn’t able to edit the images only the text when making these invites. Please help

    • @laurenkeys.official

      Yes download the invite background with images as a png in highest quality, then upload into a new template design where they can only edit the text 😊

    Hey, how can I direct my customers to a link so they don't edit for each other? I'm currently making wedding invitations on canva and wanna sell on Etsy but when I use the canna link and tested out to edit myself I edited for every browser that was open. How can I make it so the customers don't edit for each other. PLEASE help me.

      Hi, make sure to only share a ‘template link’ with your customers.
      That way they receive a copy of your original design and won’t change it for everyone else.
      Also when testing your template links be sure to have a different browser open with a different account… I use Google chrome daily but when I test my links I use safari and log into a free separate canva account. Hope that helps!

      I’m not quite sure what you mean? Is the whole photo not seen when you put it in the mockup?

    • @sabzp89
      @sabzp89 Před měsícem

      @@laurenkeys.official the whole photo is there but doesn’t fill the screen and there’s a more black screen on the top and bottom x
