The (first) victim that allegedly started a death metal band is called Charlie Otero, he looks rad. godspeed to him !
Also he works at a motorcycle dealership a few miles away from the prison that holds btk.
He apparently not only started a band but he had periods/years where he just drove out in new-mexico lived of the land and did all kinds of wild shit. From what i've read is that he now helps others and has a pretty stable peaceful live.

I have camped on the island Brooks Wheelan is talking about (where Blackbeard died) like 15 times. My father got married there and a Blackbeard impersonator officiated his wedding.

Knew a girl in school who was pen pals with Ramirez. She had a crush on him or something. She brought some letters to class and let me read them, not very interesting. What's your favorite color? Mines green, etc. Got the impression though that he could at least pretend to seem like a slightly normal person.
+Lanie Richardson reminds me of an article I read years ago about a man who pretended to be a little kid and write to killers. I remember ramirez being memorable but I can't remember if it's because his responses were crazy or boring.

Look at the episode numbering, definitely not before. Towards the end of S1, around eps 150 onwards, when Gethard was questioning whether to carry on the show at all, Human Fish straight up quit to go back to the river. This is S2, and unrelated contributor David Bluvband is on the panel.
