I used my mtw forged with the normal long hex suppressor at level 2 a very close CQB site and no one could hear a thing when shooting them from behind. It's just as good in woodland games too

That is a noticable attenuation on the muzzle volume. I will be grabbing these going to try the XL on my AA P-01 as that is loud👍👏👏👏

I bought both the 100mm and the longer 200mm hex suppressors from Longbow BB a while ago and have to say that they are both whisper quiet on my MTW ( I get a lot of comments on how quiet the rif is out in the field) and they sit beautifully inside the hand guard making it very honey badger’esk.
The new XL In FDE looks the dogs and I’ll probably cave In and buy one when I eventually go down the route of a MK23.
How does the hex suppressor compare to the Nov suppressor v2 ,is there any noticeable difference when shooting
It would also be cool if you recorded some shoots with different suppressors and guns and this could provide more accurate results
My brother and I tried 3d print cone based suppressors. The 3in vs the 9in versions had negligible difference in noise, but they were, both, whisper quiet. From 20ft, you could only hear the bb whiz by. However, the 9in version ran into trouble with bb's hopping too much inside and shattering the cones. Had to increase the inner diameter of the cones and the exit with a 1/2in drill bit to prevent that issue.
Got the regular in small on my MK23 and it is by far the best suppressor to get 👌

Ooo that sounds so good on the mtw 👀
They are even quieter when you fire BB’s. Literally 2-3 metres max and the muzzle sound is lost when you are out skirmishing an MTW. I was super impressed when I fielded mine.
I use the Nov rifle suppressor on my srs, it would be interesting to hear a comparison. Hardly anyone compares brands, maybe because the difference is so little.

got the xl on my mtw
I'm getting a lot of issues with both hex suppressors on the mtw. I keep getting bbs hit the inside of the suppressor. Does anyone have a fix?
I’ve got the short on my mtw9. Not much difference between my brothers 10” bullet which has the medium carbon silverback suppressor. My hex is way smaller though.
It would be great if someone has the SB carbon medium suppressor and the hexx xl to compare it. Maybe I have to buy both and try myself 😝
I’ve got both. The SM is quieter, although obviously heavier. Depends what you want to prioritise I suppose. SB still very good
Sounds very nice but unfortunately usa can't use them as they have a law that prohibits these and other like them in airsoft as it makes the aegs too quiet and that is stupid law tbh.
We may not have such laws like that but not all but very little amount of sites don't allow use of foam filled ones cause to them it's not fair on others that can't hear it or even st all.
That's why I always have one silencer but it's not a foam one but a hollowed one piece.
