Imagine making art and actually finding it relaxing and enjoyable. It stresses me out and I waste paper. Once in a while ill save a drawing but go back a few months later and look at it for too long before throwing it away too lol

I love this!!! But I also have a question, what’s your process before you start the spread, do you have everything planned out (as in where your going to put things) do u go out and buy all these things for the specific page. Or do you just pick a quote and grab random things. I’d love to find out because I’d find this process so captivating!
I always pick song lyrics first and then I choose a color scheme that fits the lyric/song. And then it's basically all random haha I just grab some stuff to match the color scheme while I'm creating. I don't think I've ever bought something specifically for a page

I love your videos! I know nothing about art journaling. Is there a purpose behind it? Like why do people art journal? Is it just for fun? Does is help stimulate inspiration for other projects?
I simply pick a color scheme and gather some materials in that color / those colors and then I just go with the flow. I wish I could help but that's honestly it :(
