Id like you to study more about terrain and relations more to make this more realistic, also probably study more about architecture since sometimes it can play a big part in troop moving, and you shiuld definitely consider other countries knowledge of their own terrain, strategies, supply lines etc.

I really think the Shure SM7B is a great mic just need a boom arm and a microphone interface also XLR cables are needed.
The best mics are hyper X quad cast and Shure SM7B a lot of popular CZcamsrs use them and have the best quality, btw I love your videos and are very entertaining to watch ❤️

if you want a good mic i would try the rode podmic you'll need to get an audio interface though but its a pretty good mic for around $100
