    When people are directly exposed to a cold wind it can feel really unpleasant and may even make them ill if they stay cold for too long. This is particularly true when sleeping, as it’s not that easy to fall asleep or to sleep deeply and comfortably when you feel cold. With WindFree technology, the Samsung WindFree 1Way Cassette cools effectively without the unpleasant sensation of cold wind being blown directly onto your skin. Cool air is gently dispersed across the room through 10,000 micro air holes that are just 1.4mm in diameter. It creates a “still air” environment with a very low airspeed of just 0.15m/s , so there are no drafts to disturb you. And it helps you and your family to sleep soundly in the summer.

    The WindFree 1Way Cassette minimizes ambient noise while gently dispersing cool air across the room. And it requires no duct that may cause additional noise, so it ensures a quiet operation regardless of the installation conditions. Using the WindFree mode it generates only 24dB(A) of sound, which is quieter than whispering. So it won’t disturb your sound sleep on a summer night.
    Automatically keeps you comfortable
    Temperature and humidity are both key factors that affect how people feel. They are generally most comfortable between 23-26℃ and with a humidity level of 60%. So the WindFree 1Way Cassette has a humidity sensor as well as a temperature sensor. It continually monitors both the temperature and relative humidity and analyzes the room conditions. It then automatically switches between operating modes to keep everyone feeling really comfortable without the need for any manual control.
    Heats or cools evenly in every corner
    Create a comfortable environment with an even temperature in every corner of a room. The WindFree 1Way Cassette features an Auto Swing function that automatically expels cool air in every direction. As well as the auto up-down swing function it also has an auto left-right swing function, so air is evenly distributed across the room.
    When users change the temperature setting, the Samsung CAC Single uses the maximum compressor power to quickly reach the desired temperature. As a result, it delivers up to 15% faster cooling and up to 50% faster heating to create a comfortable ambiance without a long delay.
    As soon as the room temperature reaches the desired or set temperature, the Samsung CAC Single changes its operation mode and performs fine adjustments to cope with any changes. So it ensures that there is less temperature fluctuation and creates the ideal working conditions in a matter of minutes.
    Stay comfortable even in extreme climates
    No matter how extreme the temperature, the high-performing CAC Single can handle the conditions - without the need for an additional unit. Featuring a wide temperature range, it can cool in heat of up to 50°C and provide warmth in the freezing cold of -20°C to ensure a constant and comfortable environment.

    In normal cooling environments, direct exposure to cold air for an extended period of time can lead to feelings of discomfort and dryness, as well as causing various ailments, including headaches, respiratory distress and dry skin. As Samsung WindFree air conditioners blow a stream of cold air very softly through numerous micro holes to prevent cold air from directly contacting your body, they can have a positive impact on keeping you comfortable and healthy.
    TEWL (Trans-epidermal Water Loss) and Skin Acidity levels(pH) are factors that affect your skin, and must be steadfastly managed to keep your skin healthy. In testing on children with sensitive skin, such as atopic dermatitis, WindFree Cooling showed lower levels of TEWL and smaller changes in pH levels than conventional cooling. As a result, it is beneficial for children with atopic dermatitis to have less direct exposure to cold air.
