These 2-question type are currently just part of practice test and not the actual test. They haven’t confirmed yet when they are going to be added in the actual test.
Be sure to check the channel as I’ll update as soon, I get any information on it.

Hello,
I think it completely depends on what universities are you planning to apply and what is their score requirement.
If your university requires the score of at least 90 then I think you should practice more and try to achieve more than 90 so that on the real test you will be comfortable getting it.
