I was never into cooking but due to the Corona Lockdown I was running out of options... So I started following recipes. Initially I tried one of your Poha recipe,it was good and then I tried this and this turned out to be amazing dish...Super delicious..easy to cook for someone living alone... Loved it...Gonna try this again and some other as well..

Kabitha ji, before seeing this recipe I tried aloo Curry with same ingredients in this video. Only thing I added raw potato pieces and followed same ingredients and procedure.,but pressure cooked after that. I mashed few potatoes to get thick consistency. So final dish tasted almost like pav bhaji masala.
raw potato Vs boiled potato ,cooking procedure, gravy consistency totally alters the final taste... Will try this way..
