Problems going to and from the Centro of Tuguegarao City whenever the Pinacanauan and Cagayan Rivers swell will soon be over with the on-going construction of the permanent, all-weather Pinacanauan Bridge 2. This project, which entails a total budget requirement of P2.1 billion and covers a length of 1.38 kms., is aimed at providing an alternative to and complement the decades old Capatan Overflow Bridge.
