    You axial reading is -0.3 that means at 180deg gap is opened for that remove shims on motor back foot 0.4, and radial reading is you given -0.23 that means already motor is up as per fixed the dail guages shown in picture so remove 0.1shims in front foot of motor

    ,dear sir ,in this video for vertical misalinmet My second dought is "why you do not less bar sag reading from RIM dile, you directaly use 6 o,clock reading of RIM dile that is (-- 0.23 mm), so sir please clear me.

      mukesh kumar in this method initially i explained that barsag value 0 because we are using barsag free fixtures. That is why i didnt minus barsag value. Kindly see the barsag value in the video. Once again thanks for your comment.

    Bro in case i cant able to rotate my fixed machine. So that i fixed my fixture on movable machine then how i can calculate my( B)value . For applying calculation forumula. Please explain bro

      If you cant rotate the fixed machine. Then fix the dial clamp fixture on the movable machine. Then keep than dials on fixed machine then take the readings by rotate the movable machine. And remaining are same procedure. And answer will change into reverse. + and -

      My question is about how to calculate FFH and BFH.
      If the FFH and BFH are not necessary So why did we take the readings on 3h & 9h of F (final).
      Finally if there are the reading specifications of constructor how can we use it ?.

    In single face dial gauge you mentioned reverse
    + ve reading remove shim
    -ve reading add shim
    In double face dial gauge you menioned
    +ve reading add shim
    -ve reading remove shim.
    Which one is correct?

      I am raising my doubt again.
      Sir when we are doing rim nd face Alignment practically with fixture mounted on pump nd dial gauge on motor .while measuring parallel mis alignment, + value means ur motor is down u hv to add shim.- value means ur motor is up u hv to remove shim.
      But as u explained in single face dial gauge in rim nd face method,u mentioned + reading means motor is up nd u hv to remove shim and - reading means motor is down.u hv to add the shim.
      Please confirm that why there difference signages action in practical nd formula alignment.

      You can fix dial in the fixed machine on coupling rim center and take the measurement from coupling rim center to movable machine front foot as dimension B. Both are same. Remaining reading sign(+ or -) will be change. According to sign you need to add or remove sim.

    Sir, single face dial gauge formula method me aapne bataya hai ki FFV our BFB ka value +ve aane par sim remove karna hai our -ve aane par sim add karna hai, but double face rim alignment formula method me just iska ulta, to plz bataiye sir kon sa sahi hai, plz 🙏 explain kijie sir

      Rim and face me 6 o clock me zero set karuke 12 o clock position me reading liya isiliye ans + me milegatho remove shim. - me milegatho add shim. Rim and double axial method me 12 o clock position me zero set karuke 6 o clock position me reading note kiya na isiliye answer + me milegatho add shims and - me remove shims ok va

      It mins ,sir if you take reading bottem to top than answer come in (+) than remove shim,or in (--) than add shim , but when we take reading top to bottem than answer come (+) mins add shim,and when answer come in(--) than remove shim ,so sir please satisfiy me yes or no

    Bro soft foot checking la dial gauge method la pannumbothu 1st straight edge pathutu shim insert pannitu apram one by one loose panni paaka sollirukinga.
