Iz Bohinja - Slowenischer Bauerntanz (V. & S. Avsenik)

My trio had the honour of performing at a popular world music venue in inner Melbourne, Open Studio, presenting Slovenian/Alpine folk music from Slovenia and Austria. This is a popular polka by Avsenik, 'Iz Bohinja' meaning 'From Bohinj' (the name of a lake and a municipality in Slovenia). Paul and Peter are on vocals, improvising a duet for the first time together.

Great arrangement for the accordion Phil! Even better than the original song. It would be awesome if you could make a tutorial video and accompaniment track for this. I'm already trying to learn this by ear. 😀
