This was super easy! Made 8 of them this past weekend for a school event. I added glitter to the concrete to look fancy and used dollar store sparkly garland to hang between the poles.

Thanks! They aren't as bomb proof as the ones that cost hundreds of dollars each, but I figure I'm not out much $ if I have to re-make any, haha!
