It’s nice to see the classic Mario Kart game with its tracks
They could be freed up some cartridge space by having a normal minimal at the bottom
tbh i like the super mario kart minimap its just cool to look at
They actually hadn't any trouble with cartridge space for this game, they only had time constraints
I always picked the look behind camera. And it’s a pitty back then, not fullscreen game
I never played this game, only Double Dash, DS, 7 and 8, but having played the remakes of some of these courses is enough to send me down a nostalgia trip xD

Classic and popular still great graphics for a game that came out in 92
Wow I'm remembering how bullshit these computers were with their specials whenever they want. I also remember getting pretty good at this as a kid and knowing that all the computers drove the same line and leaving bananas for them. Glad they fixed all of that for the N64. I don't think I ever mastered drifting though, just coasted into turns.

it's simply incredible to me how well this holds up. this is arguably more playable than the Nintendo 64 version. it certainly LOOKS better, anyway. the Nintendo 64's graphics have aged terribly in this age of HD.
