I used the last setting and they worked fantastic. I tried these settings in about 3 games and these are awesome as well. Everytime he updates it really does work for me in game as well

Great content I love your vids keep up te good work. I own the duelsense edge but honestly I can’t get used to it. I’m used to a battle beaver controller and with the edge I feel like overshooting all the time, like i’m on ice skates. With my bb and duelsense I don’t have issues with overshooting. I think its a software problem.
Thanks for sharing, I'd recommend playing on Standard or Linear and Precise curves in these cases to help smooth the stick movements.

I tried the settings with the deadzone at zero but in the game when I opened the map I couldn't click on any contracts or ping anything bc it wouldn't stay still. Maybe I need to fine tune it but feels like my aim was better before. Still some good stuff. One of your other videos helped me with my in game settings so appreciate that

Yesterday, I spent hours in a private match to find the best settings. I discovered that using the standard aim response curve at 50-51 effectiveness significantly improves the aim assist with the default right stick on the edge controller. I was shocked by the difference it made. I'm sharing this because I've tested it, but I'm still unsure about the optimal settings. Thanks a bunch! Standard with Linear (Default in Edge) and Linear with Presice on Edge feels much better to me recently as the first part isn't faster, unlike Dynamic which causes inaccurate Recoil control and less AA! I'll be doing more tests and research regarding this for next video!

I have been following your channel ever since I've got my Dualsense Edge Controller and the information you provide is very much appreciated. For someone like me who's played competitive shooters on PC for about 20 years, I find that Linear + Precision aim assist in Call of Duty to be the best for me because it replicates the mouse as close as possible. As for the Edge Controller, left stick is on Precise -4 and the right stick is on Default (still need to play with this one).

For everyone watching this video. Just use edge on default stick settings (linear). In game change your response curve to dynamic. It is the best and what majority of good and pro players use. Sensitivity between 6 and 8. If you use sensitivity closer to 8 you may want to turn down ads setting to 0.75 with closer scopes. Otherwise use 1.0 in ads settings multipliers.

I play with default stick linear on edge... and 7 sensitivity with 0.8 ads and dynamic curve. But I always wondered if HDR slows down the game or not.... and I finally have the answer 😁

I’m currently using this controller on PC, you need time to let your brain get used to the back triggers at first, but once you got that, you become another player, now I can’t go back to a normal controller.
Exactly! That's how I felt about back buttons first, and I wish for a solution with 4 back buttons, I'm sure we can get used to that too!

Hi! +5 and -3 both give you slower speed at start and faster from half, as some people don't control it consistently -3 could be better to keep aim assist stronger and less shift due to movement, still, both of them are good I just don't recommend Digital anymore, the rest are mostly ok as long as you have both low and high speed
I finally found a video, I got the dual sense edge when it first came out and I felt like I was doing way worse losing every gunfight I thought I was just losing skill lol I even sent it for repair and they sent me a new one
Yeah, COD isn't like other similar games nowadays it's way more random realistic.

Hi, with Standard, I use default, with Dynamic 0.85 I use precise -4. left stick is a personal choice, if you play very long range or long ranges, then default or Quick, if you play mid to close ranges, Digital +5.

Hi, 0-2 for Both L2 and R2, for curve, with Standard, I use default, with Dynamic 0.85 I use precise -4. for sens I use 6-6 with ADS on 0.60 (for longer ranges) and up to 0.80 for mid - close ranges. but that's just what I use!

Thanks! You can use Type-C to USB-A and get the same results if you connect it to the back ports (Blue ones)
The Black Type-A Front port is almost fine! 1-3ms higher delay in 120FPS and about 8-12ms on 60FPS mode.

Thanks! I currently recommend Linear with a Precise curve or Standard with a Default curve, they work very well, as for Dynamic, try a slope scale under 0.50 and lower, and see how it works, because typically it gets faster at the start = losing Aim Assist faster on lower pushes = harder to keep on target in distance.

@@dorukakbulut9081 I haven't tested the slop scale in depth to see how it affects each curve and didn't find anything online yet, I'll test it for the next video, Currently, I'm using standard and default curves on edge for the right stick, they match very well with 6-6 sens for me.
@@DanielZH I tested like 3 days and here is my conclusion Linear with precision curve -5 and adjust in the game scale to 0.00 to get real linear curve like in apex or other games. I got the best movement and aim combined from these settings. Thank you a lot.

How about gyro? 😃 I get near mouse performance. Planning to get an Edge soon for the paddles, and will 100% play with gyro aiming. Give it a try. The settings in MW3 are technical. Would really love to get your opinion on a best setup for that.

Right Stick Precision with Linear in-game or Standard (with -5) actually I'm playing on Standard right now and getting used to it with the default curve and will adjust the settings further, as it doesn't have a fast response at the start, unlike Dynamic, it's easier to control the AA and Recoil. I use 6-6 with 0.60 up to 0.90 depending on load out.

I switched to my normal Dualsense and my aim was back... Huh? I did nothing changed on the Edge (all on default). Welcome aboard! yes due to many factors it feels different by default, try precise curve on - section adjustment and see if that helps.

Yes, in the next COD Video when I test Multiple curves and stuff, I'ma test slope scale to see which shape it becomes on 0 for each setting. for now, my guess is the become linear on 0.

Hi, any curve that has a slower speed than 50% for the first 40-50% of the graph works fine (to have the option to move slower and increase AA) but curves like Digital aren't recommended unless you want a keyboard-like movement. and yes the Quick -3 works well!
Is your playstyle aggressive or passive? Would you say the settings you have recommended is fine for aggressive style?
I can't be sure yet, I'm in the middle, if you play aggressively you'd need a more consistent curve to get used to which in my opinion is Standard with default or Linear with Precise, they can both help to achieve a steady aim.

The video was a little confusing because of so many features. What is the best stick sensitivity/Deadzone for call of duty warzone? I need for my left stick and right stick and what would you recommend on curve adjustment, and deadzone adjustment? I want to move fast at the game but also have good aiming

Have you tested the delay and fps behavoiur of fidelityfx? On it Looks 100x better but would sacrifice frames in warzone
Hi, haven't tested that in-game, but only in private matches, I'll test it in-game and warzone next time to see how it affects the input lag.

How did you pull the joystick settings up for you controller in the settings icon I can’t find an option to change them
Great infos what about on pc after overclocking is the delay then only 1ms? Like it states? I tested it on my ds4 and its like 1ms
I tested on DS4 without overclock and the idle input delay was shown as 0.55ms, I'm not sure how accurate it is I have to test it in games.
My dual sense edge came with drift from the box, so disappointed with the controller. The paddles made me not send it immediately back, although in warzone I’ve noticed there is a significant delay when using the prone paddle.
I'll test the paddles delay in the warzone, btw if you have stick drift, send it back if it has a warranty.

Hi, dead zone on 0 if the drift isn't much.
Left Stick Quick -3 up to Quick +3 (Both give you a 30-40% Slower walk at the start)
In-Game AA = Default (Strongest Currently)
Right Stick Curve Precise (-4 to 0) with Linear or Default/Precise -5 with Standard
They both give better control over start and not losing AA, unlike Dynamic, of course, I'll make an in-depth video for Curves which could be better but currently, I found Standard and Linear a better option to be steady compared to Dynamic.

So you suggest deadzone right stick: precision-4 and ingame aimassist: Default and ingame curve: dynamic ?
Dynamic will be easier to lose AA on the first part, especially for longer ranges, you can try Dynamic with less slop scale or give Standard a try with adjusted sensitivity! as Dynamic has faster movement at the start it's harder to control recoil for 30% of the push if you have a high sene.

I have a Scuf for PS5, which I already sent back twice bc of stick drift and misaligned thumbsticks right out of the box. Now I started noticing that buttons including left click stop working briefly from time to time. Is it the game or is the controller still defective? Is the Edge better than 250 bucks Scuf??
Hi, it really depends on the game to say which controller is better, but about click stops working, there's actually a fact on PS5 which may be the reason why it's not working properly, I'd recommend you watching this video which is about Edge Rapid-Fire but the same rule goes on for all controllers: czcams.com/video/ttg4z_-M5kU/video.html
It literally says in the menu for the vibration that it smoothes the vibration when the mic is on.
Thanks for the info, makes a lot of since now as if the controller mic is being used, the vibration can make extra noise.

If I use the dualsense via cable, do I still get an extra 35ms delay? For Headset + MIC. Or only if wirelessly.
It reduces to about 25ms delay when using cable

Hey daniel, i see some pro’s are running a left stick deadzone max of 0.65 and some keeping it a 0.99 is there any benefit to lowering it will it give you more rotational aim assist ? or will it give it to you faster ?
also will any amount of left stick movement give rotational aim assist or does more movement give more rotational aim assist
less max = faster movement and less delay to get to max speed, you can also use digital +5 for 100% speed at 10% push, it's ok but really depends on what you want.
Not any amount, as shown in the video too, if the amount is too low on left stick, the aim assist won't trigger.
