there is a serious problem with the UNDO/REDO menu its not accessible when you're inside a menu tab and its frustrating constantly having to leave the whole menu to be able to UNDO a piece. this wasn't the case in planco console edition, they really need to fix this.
Yep, the game in general is just so much slower and clunkier to build in compared to planco
@@Birtie1 going to edit a building is nerve wrecking it takes like 6-7 clicks… why didn’t they just use the planco console controls 😩
i only had this issue very few times because normally you are in moving assets mode and there its accessible
@@RudiRennkamel being inside a building group and having the menu open after placing an item changes the square or on Xbox the X button to “options” instead of a quick access to the undo redo button. At least with me that’s the case I hope this is a malfunction and it gets fixed
@Amarethebernese Yes! It's like everything has extra unnecessary steps. And if you can ignore all of that, then you have the slow menus and constant lag spikes to deal with. Barely anything works when it comes to recolouring either.
We have had someone send a list of all of these issues to frontier, so hopefully we can expect a lot of it to be sorted soon

Really helpful tutorial.
Since starting to watch your tutorials, I’ve been making use of utilizing groups more often and duplication instead of doing everything one item at a time.
Very helpful for not just new players, but even ones that have experience.

One qq, building something like a roof on a station, I've figured that out, but then copying that same building to another station won't really let me attach it to the second station. Normally I have to place a facility and it's asking me to add to a scenery group. Now I just try and align it with advanced move as good as I can, but am I missing something, is it possible to add scenery group into a station grid?
I've had the same issue in Planet Coaster.

I like using the keyboard and mouse in this game and I am glad that incoroporated this input as an option. Just like they did in PlanCo. Hope they add the safe frames so you can adjust the UI like they did in PlanCo.

Love Ur videos but I was haveing a hugh issue yesterday when I was trying to build a roof of over a path but could get it to be level whit the path I want to build nice things but I'm struggling

How on earth do you stop lagging. I’ve got like 5 habitats and only 22% complexity meter and it’s completely unplayable. I’ve got like 5 fps. Sometimes 1!
Any ways to stop this as I’m regretting buying it atm!

I have Planet Zoo on PC and now the PS5.
I’ve been having a blast and playing it pretty much nonstop since it was released a few days ago on console.
I played a lot of Planet Coaster on the PS4 and PS5, So the controls weren’t too much of an issue for me, but it does take a little getting used to.
Right now it’s rated about 4.75 out of five stars on the PS5 on their official games page for the store, I’d have to agree with their assessment, fantastic port.
I think you should get it.

@@lauritslogringof course you will eventually get tired off it, just how you get tired of any game you play a lot.. what I can tell you is Frontier did a brilliant job with the port and it’s very fun to play on console, as long as you understand what the game is - it’s about being creative and building things, that’s it. Have you played planet coaster before?
Hopefully there’s an update soon! Crashes all the time? Objects not aligning to ground? Trees sideways? Buggy mess? Shouldn’t be this bad on Xbox series X

Thank you for the advice, but i cringed so hard when you clipped the roof through the top of the building! I can't bring myself to sacrifice the look of the interiors of buildings for efficiency, even if you barely ever look inside of buildings.
