I appreciate you sharing your craft. My mother sewed (primarily by machine but also a little by hand) when I was young but did not teach me. Now at almost 50, I am interested in learning how to repair, resize and restyle clothing in my wardrobe. Knowing how to do so means I can buy higher quality pieces because I know I can make them last longer.

Well done, when I was a kid, my school teacher got the same hole on her dress, my mom did quite the same thing to fix my teacher's cloth. The young teacher was so happy, she helped me many, many times.
