    The great merger epoch was (and still is) a really important phase of our universe.
    I even assume that universes are subject to this merging process (case of a multiverse) and that various mergers have occurred and are still occurring between the largest cosmic structures (Andromeda - Milky Way etc.)...
    Here we are talking about a fundamental force of the cosmos: the urge to merge (interactions between galaxies, stars, quasars during the ejection of gas clouds)!

    Just think - what if there was a planet there at about our level technological speaking. Now they're dead. Their planet collided with another planet. Bang ! They're gone ! 😢😢😢
