FYI, you can purchase a JDQA to SSQA adapter. The JDQA attaches to a plate, which then has a standard SSQA. You will lose a little lift capacity because the adapter moves the attachment out around 4" or so.

Agreed. We have the Kubota equivalent the L6060. It’s a great all around tractor. Could even pull the baler in a pinch.
What’s the issue with lifting capacity? More is always better. What you lifting where it needs more? Example a 4x4 square it can toss around without any issues. Just pallets of feed or something?
Not really a problem for her I’m just comparing it for what I have to lift. 3-4k pallets.
we bought a $30,000 47.5 hp l4760 kubota with loader,bucket,forks,blower wich the deere here wanted $89,700 for 30hp 3032R wich was rediculas for a tractor alone

yeah it was rediculas at the deere dealer here they wanted $89,700 for small 30hp deere 3032R compact tractor alone wich was way out of price range and $10,000 extra for loader and more with attachments wich was rediculas and we paid $30,000 for 47.5hp l4760 kubota with the package plus we got $500 off the bucket,forks and $1,000 off the snowbloer and got $2500 off the tractor wich we saved alot of money wich deere wouldnt @@tandtlandscapeandmasonry

Try backing up slowly to engage 4 wheel drive and same thing to disengage. We have a 4520 and if you do this it works fine. If we just push or pull on the lever it’s like you said very ignorant 😂

*John Deere tech of 10yrs here* I pretty well agree with everything you've said. Climbing in from the passenger side is not a thing though. There is no step and with the loader joystick in the way there is no room so don't even bother trying. You can get a 3rd function kit for the loader so you can run grapples and what not but it is not cost effective for the factory to install these kits on all tractors because most customers don't need it.
As far as the 4wd engagement goes that is a mechanical linkage. Just slowly drive forward or reverse while pushing/pulling on the lever and it'll engage/disengage. If its popping out of 4wd that is a different issue and should be looked at if its a common occurrence.
That high volume bucket is from HLA. They supply a lot of loader attachments for John Deere tractors. Hope this is helpful. Cheers.
