There's one book in the bible that specifically talks about how to be saved and then the rest of the bible is about how to live a life of holiness and righteousness and godliness and to stay saved. And to answer your question about who talks in tongues...the apostles did, Mary did, Paul did, the bible says that the promise is unto your children and children's children, even as many as the lord our God shall call. We're living in the last days and according to Joel God is pouring out his spirit to all flesh and that includes me and you. Read the book of acts again, friend, specifically chapters 1, 2, 8, 10, and 19. :) God bless and I hope this helps

I have seen the dead raised. Hospital confirmed dead raised...... blind eyes are nothing to heal for the Lord, He has millions of ways to do it too.... You talk of things you do not have understanding of, I was like you once, BUT GOD had to give me understanding, now I shall live forever, not only me, but my family..... if you want truth, talk to the Lord, open your Bible, if God did it for me He will do it for you..... it's just as easy to believe as it is to not believe....
