Thank you Natalie! No ma’am only one of you can attend. You will only get one NACA id for the household. After you get your NACA id you can start uploading documents for the both of you

if you change car insurance to save some money, wouldn’t that affect your required alternate credit history. as they ask for 12 months payment history. How would I get 12 month payment history from the company if change in the middle.

On one of your videos you were saying that instead of paying in full on your accounts thats on your credit its better to pay in increments is this process good to follow on closed accounts and collection accounts as well. Hello and welcome to the family! If you're talking about my calculating affordability video I mentioned that you need to weigh the debt to income ratio relief that you will get for paying something off not that you shouldn't pay anything off. Talk to your counselor about collections because if it's more than 2 years old or for medical debt you should be able to get an exception to not pay it.
Ok Thankyou i was just trying to be proactive and pay and get some items off of my credit before i even go to my first intake appt i already attended the workshop n i have my id but my plans are to start the process in February of next year.are we able to call and ask questions in regards to different scenarios even if we haven't attended the first meeting yet

Hi, I have been currently working with a NACA counselor who I really have no faith in due to her lack of communication and her not keeping her word on several occasions. It has been hard to get her to work on my file and submit it. Is it a good idea to try to see if I can change to a remote counselor at this point? Thanks
Hi that depends how far along you are in the process. If you aren’t qualified yet then they should let you switch. When you call member services they may try to tell you if you cancel and move to a remote counselor then your appointment will be really far out

Is it common to sign a contract with your realtor at the beginning of the naca process?
It ok. I met my realtor 10 months before I got under contract. just be sure to read the fine print before you sign anything

It depends. If it shows up on your credit report still as something derogatory then I would write a LOE

I have no computer skills how can I upload naca documents I'm more then ready on all other places I just don't know how to get my documents from ess to naca
Hello you can print out your documents and take them to your local NACA office and use the kiosk
I don't think they are letting people into the offices at this time is there a video that teaches you how to download to your computer then upload to naca and thank you for being very helpful and informative and a blessing

You can use any realtor, they just need to take the NACA realtor training held on tuesdays
