Fitness is all about hitting your goals. Everyone has different goals and it causes each person to look different. I was a little upset all these guys seemed like gym bros. Like you can have an entirely different body type and be like super skinny but be fit. Could have found like a long distance runner or a batminton/pingpong player or something. They aint gonna be jacked but theyre still fit and have different perspectives to bring to the table
