FYI to get battery in, the bracket holding the rear lights must be unscrewed, one screw on each side, then a regular battery slides in, then screw the taillight bracket back on.

I drove one when I was in the Army in 1995. It's pronounced HEMITT. For Heavy Expanded Mobility Tactical Truck
