Omg!! Im having same problem!! Had implants 8 months ago & am waiting for lab to finish my upper snap on denture. Their having difficult time because i also have underbite on top. This is the man i need!
This case looks beautiful, but it really needs to be set with a curve to spee to offset the Torque being so far away from the ridge. Your goal would be to keep light contact in the posterior while the patient goes into excursions. This would probably extend the life of those three implants.
Looks like a great video but can't understand what you're saying because the background music is too loud and too distracting. Please consider making the videos with just your voice-over.
perfect example of someone who speaks without knowing . i'm a dentist with 33 years of experience and i can assure that making a whole mouth in only 3 implant is a total non sense ( especially with up maxillary ) . this man thinks thats because it is madable in laboratory so it is ok in real life total mistake and danger for patients
Come on man. He clearly says that he is not a dentist in the video itself and he says that he have no other option as he was given as such from the dentist who gave him to the case to make the prosthetic part.
He clearly states that he is not a dentist! Considering that you claim to have over 30 years of dental experience yourself, you should know better than anyone that he is only the lab tech on this case which means he is NOT the person responsible for placing the actual implants, positioning, etc! You haven’t seen anything related to the case nor have you seen the cbct or the patient so how would you know what’s best? If you are that oblivious to what actually happened here then I would highly suggest your patients look for another practitioner especially if they are seeking implant / cosmetic dentistry! I applaud all the practitioners and lab technicians who actually take on the tougher cases and are genuinely willing to exhaust any & all options available to them in order to give the patient their desired result, even if it’s something that’s outside the standard operating procedure!
Implant Dentistry is evolving day by day.. There is no hard and fast rule of minimum five or four implants.. It depend on ridge conditions patient age and foreces patient can apply etc there are many factors... And also lots of advancement in technology such as intraoral scanner 3D printer's etc might make it possible on three implant in future...

I wish I could have dentures made by this man…😢

Lol should be a crime to use 3 implants. Minimum 5 but better would be 6
Patient cannot afford money!!!
Too much leverage exerted on only three, I am sorry, it is beautiful though
