Hi. thanks so much for sharing. love your music ! here a bit of feedback really coming out of the heart. I have 13 years of experience teaching yoga and pilates. I havent been able to do a whole class with your sets, always have to bring my own music as the begging is to fast to establish the breath and have a short meditation to tune in and warm up. perhaps not in this mix it self but others are still to fast for the last part of the practice , iis very sweet to listen to it , but it needs to be slower when it comes into the final sequence. ill say you could focus more on the beg and end as the middle part is already great. Ill say 10mins more chill for meditation and warm up and the last 10 mins of very , very gentle ... but hey ! this is only my feeling . keep going ! love what u are doing. much love your way .)
