All the hexakills looked setup except for the yasuo one. That one took broken mechanics and skill.
Skill? As a past Yasuo main, I have to say that Yasuo player was incredibly bad and unskilled. It looked like his first game with Yasuo and his opponents somehow managed to feed him. Probably set up.

Katarina is the easiest champ to get multi kills easily. q+e+w+r instant and gg. Cuz she never starts a fight, and peoples wont focus her, cuz she appears out of nowhere and ks all the kills.

riven, yasuo katarina, both spams their abilities without any limits, while champs like vlad, aatrox and morde sacrifice health :| unfair.
Well, Riven has some high CD skills. But Yasuo not only doesn't use any anergy tipe, but has that shield OP thingy... yeah, they are a little bit unbalanced.

Oh yes, Kata and Akalie is hardest champ ever for penta or hexa... The fiddle is amazing, the jinx is kind of lucky cause they dont focus her but also skilled and the yasuo is just impressiv cause 1v6...

Death timers would be super short, and if you spaced the kills even, you could get six in the required time. Don't know if the game would announce it.

or 1 person could take revive then penta then when they use revive kill them it has to be done in there base or else it would be unofficial hexa : )

shame they dont let u get hexa kills in 5v5. I've done them a few times, but they game just starts your kill spree over. I've gotten a triple after a penta before without time delay.
ok to get this straight the reason he kept aa jax was because he was already attacking him and had e'd through him so if he just backed off jax would have just jumped on him for a worse effect cause hed be way out of postion to kill anyone after that. and you say its easy yet did you notice the little things he did like life steal while he was getting closed in on and how he postioned his windwall. this was by no means an "easy" 1v6. if it was where are the rest of the yasuo 1v6 hexakills?
