also die Technik beim Speed klettern habt ihr irgendwie verkannt. Man lest Griffe aus um eine möglichst senkrechte Kletter Linie zu haben. der tomoa skip ist so besonders weil er einen tritt weg lest und den relativ schwierigen step up Dino macht um eine möglichst senkrechte Linie zu haben

Dann mach das mal 😂 ohne speed speziell zu trainieren, rennt man die Wand ganz sicher nicht so hoch wie ein Profi. Sieht alles leichter aus, als es ist.

Seit vielen Jahren setze ich mich dafür ein, dass das SLOW CLIMBING, welches ich mit Begeisterung ausübe,olympisch wird. Ohne Stoppuhr, es gilt Sonnenaufgang bis Sonnenuntergang !
Gibt es weitere Kletterer*, die das SLOW CLIMBING (am Fels) lieben ?
