I debated the same two bikes. Got a chance to try the Husqy, my friend bought one from way out of state. He had the 701, it felt awesome. I ultimately went with the G310R for the better price and beginner level power. Plus, I think a KTM Duke is a bit cheaper than the Svartpilen and its the same bike.

Thank you very much for that video! It's really hard to find non-Indian review on g310r nowadays (since its assambled in India and mostly sold there). Talking clutch - i believe they've fixed it in new generation.
You got me subscribed so i'm looking forward for more moto-vlogs. I really like sound quality of your voice - it's rare when watching somebody talking while riding. Btw did you overdubbed music on this video or is it your mic catching it from your in-helm headphones (i like the music too lul). Tho you might want to check if your gopro stabilisation is turned on, cause the picture is a bit shaky sometimes...
P.s. i got my motorcycle license exam second try on this saturday and if i succeed then i'm buying same bike - that what brought me here if you by any means curious.

Hi. I bought the 2021 G310 R and yes, the clutch works better. I only felt it being a bit "off" before the first 400km and two times after the first 1000km service (but probably because I asked to install a new clutch, because I broke the precious one).
It has been a wonderful bike to learn and feel comfortable with. Since it's not my primary and only bike, 300cc is more than enough for my weekend rides.

This comment made my day. Thank you so much man. It's funny you said that because I thought the same thing about the content about the G310 R. You're correct on the location for the assembly of the g310. Thanks for the sub, I'm hope I continue to earn your support. I have a background in filmmaking so I actually used an external microphone and taped the lav mic into my helmet and had the recorder inside my jacket pocket. And yes I do add the music in post production. The shakiness actually has to do with where the gopro was mounted. Which is a plastic part test shakes a bunch. I would have to change that before the next video.
