Too much furniture with the staging. Open it up some, leave some empty space to showcase how big it is. Too much crap cna make a big big penthouse look small on the video
Nice apartment but at that price, I don't want to have my exercise bike stuck in a corner of my living room. And also, what was all that stuff under the bed in the Princess bedroom? It seems that in NYC, even apartments that pricey have storage problems. Finally, the more I see these videos, the more I realise that I'm probably more of a downtown buyer, Tribeca, Soho, West Village... Don't get me wrong, the views here are mesmerizing, but still, if I could afford it, I'd rather buy downtown.
