Hi. I like to point out that you are not making bura sugar but an alternative to Bura sugar. If anything u have made is powdered sugar from refined sugar.
Now why am saying this is because Bhura sugar doesn't go through same processing and chemical refining as our table sugar goes. It is well known fact that sugar am mentioning and the sugar u are using are not healthy because this are Calories bomb. Because this refined sugar doesn't have any nutrition and all the bad effects of excess sugar. But actual bura sugar does have some nutrition so eating it too much might be still a bad idea but consuming a little wont do harm like those table/refined nutrition less sugar..
So making bura out of refined sugar is just bad idea and kill the most important purposes why people prefer bura over sugar.

Mam, why do you use metal spoon on coated dish/tawa ? The scraping sound is giving us jitters. You should use either coated or wooden spoon. We love your recipes and wonderful presentation. Thanks a lot.

I don't think either the pan nor anyone's ears were damaged. The metal spoon does a better job anyway in this case. It was neither loud nor annoying when Nisha-ji was stirring with the metal spoon. Being petty doesn't help anyone. Peace.
