Powered by a air-cooled diesel engine, with a centrifugal clutch. screening area is 3600x1200 2 deck screen giving three sizes of product.
Product dividers on hinges to allow fast set up on site. removable wheels for moving screen around on site. comes with a six month warranty on the frame and bearings, wear parts arent included. ie screen mesh.
screen can be dismantled into two parts for transport in a container. weight is 2.3tonnes
Capable of screening 80-100tph, dependent on the clearing the screened product.
Delivery can be organised throughout Australia or overseas at an additional cost. Options japanese diesel engine japanese ULP engine conveyors and front chute

this was a test run sorting the correct weight for for the client on initial set up. Our machines comply with all safety standards and have guards. thank you for watching and being very observant :)

Put your guards on, man, seriously.
the guards were put on after that test run....it was the initial set up. we increased the size of the weights and the original guards didnt fit whilst doing this test run. We manufactured new one to sort this issue out. they have subsequently been fitted and machines is operational with full guards and other safety features.
