About Chase Eagleson:
Chase Eagleson is best known for his work on his CZcams channel covering popular songs in an acoustic style and performing original music. Many of these videos also feature his sister and fellow musician, Sierra Eagleson. Chase took formal guitar and drum lessons in his early teens for a couple years, but eventually continued self-teaching new instruments, singing and music production. What Software do you use for editing your music. I guess what Id really like to know though is what equipment did you use to record this piece of art!? Im trying to start my own sort of music deal at home, but I need some help if you could lend me a helping hand.
Hello Roen! I personally use Studio One as my DAW of choice. However, all DAWs can do the same thing for the most part.
If you're just starting a studio, the following are some extra recommendations to help you start your setup:
- A USB audio interface. (Steinberg UR242, Steinberg UR44, Scarlett 2i2)
- A DAW (Reaper is free and really good, but there are tons of other paid options: Mixcraft, Cubase, Studio One, Pro Tools, FL Studio, Ableton, Logic)
- A microphone (I highly recommend Audio Technica when starting out. Their affordable mic lineup easily contends with $1000 microphones. AT2035, AT2020)
- Studio headphones (Again, Audio Technica makes some great headphones.)
- A microphone cable (No recommendations here, but a nice "middle-of-the-road" priced cable will do nicely.
- A couple plugins you like. (As you practice mixing audio, you may find that you want to work with different plugins. For example, I'm a huge fan of the Valhalla Room Reverb. I use it on everything. I probably shouldn't, but I do anyways haha.)

@@ChaseEaglesonOfficial How do you record such crystal clear vocals, is it the preamp? i have shure ksm32 condenser mic. Halo Filter and Motu m2 interface but do i need a high end mic preamp?
So my grandfather passed away last year and his last wish was to listen to this song. He said he met his wife while listening to this beautiful masterpiece on a vacation.
He was so calmly, peacefull, full of joy anf such a good person. I miss him a lot.
