Great Job as usual - I don't see myself switching from M43 for the very reasons that you cited! If I need more Bokeh, the 16mm sigma 16mm f1.4 is a good choice.
I took a 12-40 f2.8 Oly on a 2 week vacation last year - I never took it off the camera!
I would totally buy a G9 II... except that the S5 II costs LESS than a G9 II :(
Heck, It's even MORE less if you buy the S5 II with the 50mm f/1.8 at $1,746 versus buying the S5 II body ONLY at $1,798 (at B and H as of Feb 3rd 2024), while the G9 II body only is $1,898
Yes, it's a crazy world. And the 50mm FF is an outstanding lens! The other 1.8 Pana primes are good and pretty handy but not all at this high level. There are people who now use both the G9II with tele lenses (or other lighter ones for hiking) and the S5II with a 35mm/50mm/85mm.
Not much to think about, go for the s5ii

I see big difference in dynamic range in the tests on the end of the video. I have Lumix G9, Lumix G7 and 6 lenses. I dont know what to do next. I think about buy S5II and 3 lenses, but its too expensive. Maybe G9II is the way. Can you make video test between theese 2 in low light please? (photo and video) This is the biggest problem for me. Ocasionally I shoot weddings and because of that, I need better performance in low light. Some photos are good with AI noise reducer in Lightroom, but FF is FF.
